Q. What locations are valid for the Groupon & LivingSocial that I bought?
A. Varies. Depending on the fine print of the Groupon or LivingSocial. Could be wiithin 25mi from Fremont or anywhere in San Francisco, East Bay, Sillicon Valley, & San Jose area.
Q. Is it a requirement to make an appointment?
A. Yes, it is best to make an appointment. That way we can schedule a best date to do your photosession, and it is all planned out to be a great one!
Please confirm all details at least a day before the session day. Otherwise, session will be removed from schedule, and session must be rescheduled.
Q. How do I make an appointment and are there any policy with cancelling?
A. Best way to make an appointment through the contact form on here or email us directly at email@example.com. If you can't make it to your appointment, please cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours before the date of your session.
Q. If I want to buy the DVD, what does the DVD include & how much?
A. After previewing your photos online, you have the option to purchase the DVD. The DVD will include all the originals plus edited pictures. You will also receive a copyright release form so that you may be able to take the pictures to be printed anywhere such as Walgreens, Costco, Shutterfly, and etc.
The price for the DVD is $115.
Q. Is there a limit on how many people can be in one session?
A. There is no limit on how many people can be in one photosession.
Q. May I redeem the Groupon & LivingSocial for cash value?
A. You may NOT redeem the Groupon for any cash value.
Q. Can I get a refund?
A. Sorry, we do not issue refunds. You may contact Groupon or LivingSocial if you wish for a refund instead of using the voucher.
Q. Will my pictures be featured online for the public to view?
A. All your pictures will be private with password-only accessible. You may be asked to sign a release form if we choose your pictures to be featured on our website/portfolio.
Q. How long does it take to see my photos online?
A. You will receive an online link to preview your photos within 2-3 weeks of the date of your session.
Q. If we don't want to purchase the DVD, can we pick several pictures to be printed as extras?
A. Yes, if you don't want to purchase the DVD, you can select images to be printed or order digital image files. Contact me about prices for different sized prints.
Q. Can you do the photosession in the comfort of my house?
A. Due to safety reasons, we will not do photosessions at client's homes. We will both decide on a location that is out in the public such as a park, beach, and more.
Q. Is there a studio or is it on-location?
A. On-location only.
Q. Are the prints included in the Groupon & LivingSocial, prints of different images or just one image?
A. The prints are of just one image only. So pick your favorite image, and we'll be making the prints for you to frame up and give to relatives & friends.
Q. One hour was just not enough, can we purchase more phototime?
A. Yes, absolutely! For $65, you will get 1 extra hour at 1 location.
Q. I have no idea on what to wear or location for the photosession, help?
A. No problem. I will assist you with clothing options & location that is best suited for you based on your interests.
